1-VoIP's business VoIP service is a decent solution for small to medium-sized businesses. They have a ton of great features (40+ features) included with all their plans, and they even include features that are add-ons with other providers (e.g. Call Recording).

1-VoIP is reliable, and they have great customer service ratings across most of the review and comparison sites. Also note that they don't require a contract or have a cancellation fee.

1-VoIP's hosted PBX service gets one of the highest customer support ratings in the industry. This is no small feat when you consider the players 1-VoIP is up against. But perhaps this is where being a relatively smaller company (compared to giants like Vonage and 8x8), gives 1-VoIP the advantage when it comes to customer care. Add 1-VoIP's impressive list of calling features to their customer support prowess and you end up with a formidable solution for small/medium business cloud PBX needs.

1-VoIP is reliable, and easy to expand. Their pricing is competitive, and they offer most features that other providers offer. One notable exception is that 1-VoIP doesn't have their own mobile app (they say one is in the works). They get around this deficiency by suggesting the use of a third-party app called Zoiper, which allows you to use most VoIP services on your mobile device.

We recommend 1-VoIP cloud based Hosted PBX service for small businesses that want all the basic calling features, but don't necessarily need the service across all their devices.
