Overall Review

Broadvoice's story is impressive. The company started in a college dorm room in 1998, offering paging services. Since then, the company has grown to be one of the fastest growing cloud communications companies around. We're impressed with they're passion and dedication to service.

Broadvoice offers all the products and features growing businesses need, including Cloud PBX business phone solutions (VoIP), Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) tools and features, Virtual Call Center services, SIP Trunking, and a suite of network and security management tools.

We're impressed with Broadvoice's focus on adaptability, scalability, security, flexibility, and reliability. This dedication translates into great features, the ability to expand with your business, and a solid voice and data network that you can trust.

Overall we consider Broadvoice a solid business VoIP phone and communications solution.

Enterprise rating

8.9 /10

Enterprise Review

The main focus of BroadVoice's Enterprise services is a system they call Unified Communications Suite (UC). The goal of UC is to remove limits on how, when or where you and your employees can communicate with one another. Included in the UC is hosted voice, instant messaging, email, and other useful features for large businesses. We like their approach to having a variety of ways to keep the lines of communication open and diverse.

They also claim the ability you have to scale up or down your services as needed. We know how fickle different economic markets can be depending on the time of year, and what's going on around the country and the world at large. This flexibility is crucial to any business that grows and shrinks in response to the market.

One of our favorite aspects of BroadVoice is they different modes of communication they offer. All your business communication platforms found on desktops and mobile devices can be combined into one consistent, streamlined experience. Your employees can work on any device, from anywhere, using different modes of communication. In a global, constantly moving and diverse economy, this is critical for any type of business.

Small & Medium Business rating

8.6 /10

Small & Medium Business Review

One of our top reasons to investigate VoIP phone service for your business is the ability to have your system in the cloud. BroadVoice Cloud PBX provides seamless communication anywhere around the world by routing phone calls over the internet. Any small or medium sized business that wants the potential to grow and expand can certainly benefit from this.

Having no need to buy extra equipment or hardware is another reason you might want to try BroadVoice. Because everything gets stored in the cloud, all you need is what you probably already have. This includes internet service, phones, and other digital devices like laptops and desktops.

We would like to highlight some of the features offered by BroadVoice that would be very helpful for small and medium sized businesses. Our top pick is the Virtual Receptionist which answers all incoming calls and transfers each one to the right person or department. This one feature could save a business thousands of dollars. We also like Call Recording, Audio Conference Calls, Toll-Free Numbers, Faxing Capabilities you can also get with BroadVoice.

Virtual Receptionist

No matter what size your business is, our Virtual Receptionist conveys professionalism and accessibility to your customers. Our experienced Virtual Receptionist . As your company grows, you can easily add more employees and departments to your phone list.

BroadVoice Reliability (8.8 / 10)

Most VoIP business rely on the ability to communicate between multiple locations. This is where Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) comes in. It allows you to securely connect multiple locations across the city or country. We are pleased to tell you that Broadvoice offers vMPLS (or Virtual MPLS) to increase the reliability of your system.

We can't talk about reliability without considering cyber security. BroadVoice provides a cyber security system that works tirelessly to anticipate and block any potential threats from the outside. Their ability to keep your web applications, company information and databases secure is one of the reasons we have given them a good rating of 8/10.

Running your communications system through the internet is great for many reasons, but not for security purposes. Without good firewall protection, a virtual door may be left open to potential cyber crimes. BroadVoice provides a secure firewall to all VoIP customers and maintains it as well.

BroadVoice Features (9.0 / 10)

Broadvoice offers the standard features you'd expect from a business VoIP phone service provider. They're strong on the UCaaS philosophy and provide a good solution for unifying your communications.

With BroadVoice you can do phone, video or web conferencing with multiple individuals. We know how important this is for companies that have employees and customers in different locations. They also provide mobile apps and softphones for work on-the-go.

Their phone system is hosted in the cloud keeping your information safe and easy to reach. We feel this is probably the most important feature for any business VoIP service provider to have. Last of all, if you are the boss, the presence feature allows you to keep track of the status of your employees at any time.

BroadVoice Value (8.9 / 10)

Is BroadVoice a good value?

BroadVoice does a good job compared to competing providers. They have a variety of service plans that start as low as $10 a month. They also provide the ability to add more lines and features as needed depending on your company's growth patterns. We place high value on their flexibility of services.

Broadvoice's dedication to privacy and security scores highly in our books. We feel like BroadVoice is a leader when it comes to protecting your data and communications - can you place a value these?

BroadVoice provides all the basic features you need to run your business, but if you need complicated integrations with your existing business systems, you might consider looking at other providers. If you don't need these extra features, BroadVoice is a great choice.

BroadVoice Customer Support (8.8 / 10)

When you first visit BroadVoice's customer support page, you'll see a long list of frequent questions or issues. Just click on a desired topic and you'll see chronological screenshots of what you need to do. Using screenshots for set up instructions or technical issues is something we really appreciate in customer support.

They also have an extensive FAQ section on their site. You can find answers to the majority of common questions. If you still can't find a solution to your problem, you can always call their support line which is available 24/7.

In our opinion, between the FAQ section, screenshots and support phone numbers, they meet all the basic customer service needs.
