From what we can see, they provide good basic services for phone and digital communications, with an impressive number of additional features we find quite useful.

The technology they use enables audio and multimedia data to be sent through the Internet rather than traditional phone lines. Audio information is digitized, packaged, and sent along via broadband Internet. This allows you to take your business phone anywhere Internet is available. From a business standpoint, we see this as a huge advantage.

ClarityTel also provides a Mobile Connect service which allows you to use your mobile device as well. From your cell phone you can make and receive calls using your VoIP service, and have it look as if you're calling from a work line. If you work from home, you can set outgoing calls to have your work Caller ID with one of their included features.

Depending on the phone plan you choose, it is estimated that you could save up to 60% on your monthly phone bill. This savings comes from the service itself, plus the fact that you don't need to purchase or upgrade expensive equipment. In addition, ClarityTel doesn't require contracts so you are free to come and go as you please.

One last thing we want to mention is the way ClarityTel uses a cloud-based network. This routes all your company's voice traffic and data into the cloud for safe keeping. Using the cloud also greatly improves your scalability possibilities. As you grow, your communications system won't become too small for your needs, helping you maximize profits.

ClarityTel Reliability (5.0 / 10)

We gave ClairtyTel a 5/10 for reliability because we couldn't find anywhere on their site where they listed any type of redundancy or back up system. Many VoIP phone carriers list these type of systems to give customers a sense that their calls and data is secure, regardless of weather or mechanical issues. This lack of information leaves us feeling a bit insecure.

One thing we do like is the way in which they efficiently use their bandwidth. VoIP systems like ClarityTel are set up to use empty spaces in communication to transmit other data. This makes your system extremely efficient, and keeps the flow of information going.

They do point out that they use compressed data in order to reduce overall redundancy. This could lead to enhanced data usage across any business. In this technological age, being able use data efficiently will probably lead to higher profits.

ClarityTel provides more features than most VoIP phone providers that we've reviewed. Their available features are not only numerous, they're thorough and useful. As an example, here are all the available features you can use for incoming calls: Auto Attendant, Call Flow, Call Waiting, Call Park, Call Hold, and Call Recording. These allow you to completely control when and how calls get routed within your business.

One feature that most companies don't offer is Outbound Caller ID. We love the ability this gives you to select what people see when they receive a call from you. This is especially helpful if you work from home and want your customers to see a business ID.

If your business is located somewhere other than your client base, you can select a local number from anywhere in the US. When individuals call your number, it will seem as if your office is within their city or region. For small or medium sized businesses, this could make all the difference in attracting new customers.

If you can't find what your looking for in the listed option, they provide a categorized FAQ you can use to search for a specific question. A search bar is also available. If all else fails, a support phone number is available to call. From what we can see, these customer support options are varied, thorough, and should provide good support for a business.
