RingCentral
  • HD Voice and Meetings
  • On-Demand Webinars
  • Multiple Integrations
  • Voicemail-to-Email

RingCentral is trusted and used by many Enterprise sized organizations including Box, Tuff Shed, Carvana, Del Monte, The Salvation Army, and Pacific BMW. Forbes included RingCentral in their list of The 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in America in both 2016 and 2017. Needless to say, RingCentral has made a name for themselves. They are one of our top rated companies.

If your organization has more than 500 users (RingCentral's definition of Enterprise), you can benefit from RingCentral's Enterprise solutions. We recommend that you get online with a sales representative or call them for more details on the types of bulk savings they offer.

No matter what plan or offering you select with RingCentral, one of the features we've been impressed with is their flexibility when it comes to growth and changes within your system. It’s easy to add and delete users, manage extensions and groups all over the world, and assign phones to anyone in your organization. This can all be done without the help of an IT department, or a contractor. Once set up, all of your users can manage most of their individual settings from their own computers or smartphones. Enterprise sized organizations can benefit greatly from this user autonomy.

While RingCentral isn't our number one rated Enterprise VOIP service provider, they are a strong contender in the large/enterprise sized business category. We expect them to remain competitive as they continue to grow and mature.

Vonage Business
  • Unlimited Calling
  • Custom Business Integrations
  • SmartWAN
  • Web Conferencing

Vonage Enterprise plans are designed for large scale organizations and offer a dedicated network with a cloud communications system. With these plans you also get unified communications solutions that further enhance collaboration efforts with employees and customers. Some of these include the ability to communicate over voice, chat, text, or video with multiple parties at once, in various locations around the world. We know that most large scale organizations have remote workers that need the ability to stay connected with a home office at all times. This system not only allows for such instances, it makes the process simple.

If the security of your phone calls and company data are at the top of your priority list, you should know that Vonage uses one of the largest MPLS IP networks in the U.S to run their system. Your business will have a private circuit supported by a highly secure infrastructure that is constantly getting updated. In addition, they use SD-WAN to manage data, voice, and video traffic, and SmartWAN to keep your network running smoothly when data-heavy applications could slow things down.

Vonage Business has a set mobile office solutions that allow employees to stay connected to the office at all times on a mobile device. This can be accessed through Mobile Connect which comes with their Enterprise Plus plan. Once connected, you can use your smartphone, laptop, or tablet to perform all your business transactions from anywhere. The admin portal is also accessible this way, allowing you to manage office extensions, update contacts, and customize features as needed. With all of this in place, we feel confident in recommending Vonage Business to any enterprise organization.

Nextiva
  • Call Recording
  • Nextiva Anywhere
  • 3 Recorded Greetings
  • Team Presence

Nextiva provides a great solution to Enterprise-sized organizations. Companies like Burger King, Target, Allstate, Sega, Slim-Fast, Suzuki, Delta, Century 21, IBM, Gold's Gym, and many many more trust Nextiva with various aspects of their communications.

You can manage all of your communications (unified communications) in one place, utilizing Nextiva's simple interface - the Nextiva App, accessible from your desktop, mobile device, or desk phone. Nextiva Anywhere, another Enterprise level feature, allows you to add your cell phone and soft phone to your business phone number account. This allows you to use your mobile device as if you were calling from your desk phone.

Nextiva Office Enterprise also offers call recording for incoming or outgoing calls. This is a must for customer service training purposes.

Any large scale organization needs to have fail-safes, backups, and redundancies in place to keep data and communications secure and reliable. As we've said elsewhere, Nextiva's data communications network boasts a 99.999% up-time. And Nextiva's 'Amazing Service' culture gets to the heart of customer care and satisfaction.

Bottom line: Nextiva's Enterprise level business VoIP and other services are a good fit for medium to large sized businesses. And if you already have an in-house PBX phone system, Nextiva's award winning SIP Trunking service is a great cost-effective solution that will save your business money!
